The Hunt Club

The Fort Benning Hunt Club is an equestrian facility located NEAR
STONEWALL AND MARNE Road that serves both the military and
civilian communities of Fort Benning. The Hunt Club is
specifically designed to accommodate the various disciplines of
riding. There is an extensive network of trails providing scenic
routes for pleasure mounts. The club enjoys a very cordial
relationship with several local horse show associations and
actively participates in the Alabama and Georgia show circuits.
Privately owned horses are stabled within self-care individual

Located on Main Post, Sayers Library is a modern library with
computer assisted access to books and information available from
over 650 magazines and newspapers on CD-ROM. Information can be
downloaded and used with our word processors.
The library now has local (CAT 6) access for laptop users who
can access local portals for INTERNET. CAT 6 phone lines will give
them an outside line but will not access long distance or 800
numbers.
The library offers over 53,000 items for loan: books, CD
audios, records, audio and video tapes. Materials circulated for a
2 to 4 week period with the option to renew for additional time on
or before the due date. Library cards are issued in the name of
the sponsor, military or civilian patron.
John B. Amos Library

Library serves as a reference, research, and information facility
for students, faculty, and staff at WHINSEC. It contains
approximately 21,000 volumes, 90 percent in Spanish, including a
comprehensive military collection with emphasis on historical

Donovan Research Library
The USAIS Donovan Technical Library, located in
Infantry Hall, Building 4, Rooms 101 and 102, provides reference,
research, information, inter-library loan and bibliographic
services to students, faculty and staff of the Infantry School.
There is a comprehensive collection, covering more than 160,000
items, with emphasis on infantry subjects. The collection includes
books, periodicals, after action reports and lessons learned from
World War II, Korea and Vietnam, archival materials, students’
staff studies and monographs, programs of instruction, technical
reports, maps and official publications.Additional services
available include computerized access to more than five million
Department of Defense documents, low/mid-intensity conflict
collection, micro-computers, typewriters, group study areas,
microfilm and microfiche readers and reader-printers, and copiers.
Computer searches are conducted in support of the Infantry School
mission requirements
